Her passion for data and analytics is rooted in her background, holding a degree in mathematics. Known for building high-performing teams, driving successful projects, and optimizing processes, Tara has also played a key role in numerous mergers and acquisitions, managing both the data aspects of sales and the seamless integration of teams and technologies.

    At InteGreat Solutions, Tara oversees all projects, leading both the team and clients through seamless implementation, reporting, and optimization processes.

    Cassandra possesses skills in creating and delivering effective training programs, developing concise step guides, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes using tools like UKG and Articulate 360. 

    With InteGreat Solutions, Cassandra assists with social media marketing, live presentation administration, and various tasks in a variety of HRIS and LMS.

    With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Kelly has developed a strong proficiency in managing projects, adhering to established processes, and ensuring seamless operations. She has worked closely with doctors and nurses, addressing inquiries, reviewing reports, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Kelly is also skilled in training and mentoring new employees, helping them integrate smoothly into the team and ensuring a positive and efficient workplace culture.
